I really am simple when it comes to clothes. You won’t find anything real out of the ordinary in my closet, or patterns that are just “too much”. But you will find lots of classics: simple tops and tailored bottoms. That’s why this outfit is so indicative of my everyday style, especially on those days that I don’t know what to wear. I woke up late (and by late I mean only a half hour) for my new job training, and I had no idea what to wear. Not to mention this crazy indian summer weather we’ve been having. So, I went for the ultimate basics and paired them with my new favorite leopard scarf. I can’t tell you how many compliments I got throughout the day from my new colleagues – and for an outfit that only took seconds to put together!

oh girl! stripes and leopard has been my go to this fall! found a beautiful silk jcrew leopard scarf and I have to stop myself from wearing it every time I dress up!

I got a leopard scarf a couple weeks ago and have already gotten so much use out of it! I also love wearing mine with gold loafers like that 🙂
I am crazy for leopard and stripes together. Have been wearing this mixture a bit here and there. I have a similar leopard scarf and a polka dot scarf – these two things are becoming a great go-to outfit pick me up for when I’m wearing something otherwise basic.
