This announcement/post is admittedly a long time coming, but something I wanted to make sure I was fully ready for. The Style Cusp brand is growing fast, with lots of changes and new exciting things on the horizon. That being said – I can’t run this as a one woman show any longer – this was a hard conclusion for me to come to because I’m a perfectionist and want to make sure everything is being done 110% the best it can be. But, I’ve realized in order for things to grow and flourish, I do need to hand certain things off, and having extra hands doesn’t mean I’m doing any less.. So all of that being said, I am so excited to share that I’ll be adding someone to the Style Cusp team!

I’ve thought long and hard about how best to go about on boarding someone new – should I post it online? should I post an instagram? should I look at local colleges? So many options, but none really seemed like my ‘ideal option’. I can to the conclusion that the best spot would be to share this on the blog – right here, where you guys have loyally followed along for so many years. You all know me best, you know my brand the best. You’re invested in it, you support it. And for all of that I am so very thankful. Whether this new team member ends up being one of you, or someone you know/connect me with – I’m confident that it’ll be the exact person it should be.

Now, let’s get down to the details & requirements here.
I will be hiring someone for an executive assistant role. The details and requirements are below:



Provide personalized & overall support for the Style Cusp brand in a well-organized, detailed, and timely manner. Work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to brand’s editorial calendar, brand promotion, and brand communication. Responsibilities may include managing calendars; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; attending meetings and events; preparing blog content/posts; scheduling/posting to social media; basic office management.


  • Must be familiar in some capacity with the Style Cusp brand
  • Must have some experience in social media or communications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Photoshop/Lightroom, and Google Applications (Drive, Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience in WordPress
  • Detail & Schedule Oriented – proactively organizes own work/meets deadlines & follows up on assignments with minimal supervision and direction.
  • Must have exceptional organizational skills
  • Familiarity with email management & ability to handle all communications professionally
  • Ability to travel/have a flexible schedule
  • Local to Connecticut*

This position is paid and will start on a temporary on trial basis for the first 3 months.
Those local to Connecticut* will be considered first! You can still apply if you aren’t local.
Must be flexible/willing to work in office + off site.
