This week I’ve been reaching for my comfiest pieces. It’s been bitter cold still and the last thing I want to do is dress up in heels and a dress. If your Sunday night was anything like mine, you tuned in to the Grammy’s and probably watched the red carpet – weren’t there so many ‘interesting’ looks to say the least? I found myself inspired by all the casual yet still put together looks on the carpet that were mixed in with the usual gorgeous gowns. Like the looks of 30 seconds to Mars + Pharrell Williams.. which I didn’t particularly love, but they were casual and daring!
I grabbed this black sweater top a few weeks ago at Forever 21 in their end of winter sale for a few bucks. I love it because I can throw it on with some denim and booties for a polished look, or wear it with a flouncy skirt to dress up! Well worth the few bucks I did spend.
