When I found out I won the DVF Harper Connect bag (via LuckyFABB), I was in literal shock. Diane brought one of her exclusive bags to the Lucky Conference with her and we were told at the end of the day we could win one by tweeting “I love the DVF Harper Connect because…” Here’s my magical, winning tweet!
The bag is absolutely gorgeous; the photos don’t do it justice. From the little details, and the iPad slot – yes, it’s that awesome – it’s an absolutely dream bag. Perfect for my up and coming profesh career! It’s already accompanied me on job interviews and some outings, like this one.

This outfit mixes all my favorite pieces and trends from summer and transitioning into fall: arm party, statement jewelry, animal print, military inspired, and stripes. This JCrew cotton dress was a complete staple for me this summer – I threw it on when I just felt like I had “nothing to wear”. I also scored the popular Old Navy vest at half off a few weeks ago (see, waiting sometimes is the best thing to do).

I am wearing that Old Navy vest right now…I waited and waited for it to go on sale but finally broke down last month and bought it full price. It was worth it though. Very cute with that J Crew dress.
