Christmas morning is always such a special time, in any household. Everyone has their own traditions and things they do each year. We’ve never been a family that wakes up super early, but instead sleeps in a little and then all jump up at once and head down to the living room in our favorite pj’s with hot tea or cocoa to open gifts. I picked a few items above that are staples in our Christmas morning tradition. We always stay in our pajamas and I love these festive striped ones. Slippers are a necessity since it’s usually freezing outside and just add to the cozy feeling of Christmas morning. My sisters and I are all big tea drinkers – I even got one of them a kettle for her birthday this year. We all usually bring a blanket with us downstairs and I’m thinking this year I’ll light a candle for a sweet aroma in the room.
