That intense heat wave we had decided to calm down and it was the perfect day to pull out this new chambray shirt from J. Crew. I purchased it while shopping at the outlets a few weeks back (this day) and wasn’t expecting to wear it so soon. But with the temperatures dropping from 96 to 66, I had no choice.. and didn’t mind one bit! It has single-handedly become my favorite piece of clothing. Well, let’s be serious.. every single one of these items are currently on my favorites list. I am well aware this is the umpteeth time in the past week that I’ve posted with this satchel (I told you I would!) but I seriously cannot get enough! I snagged these black pencil capris at H&M too, and they are pretty much hands down the most comfy pair of anything I’ve ever owned.

I’ve taken to pulling my hair back in a low twist/bun the past week or so. It’s an easy fix after you hop out of the shower for those muggy days. I’ve been letting it air dry (as I usually do) and when taken down you have yourself some beautiful waves. Try it! I added a little spritz of hairspray to tame any of those little flyaways that so often appear on rainy, sticky days.
