A Maine Week – In Photos

Confession: I am currently freaking out since my SD card reader is not working. My plans to start off the vacation posting today have one again been put on hold. So now that my blog plan is all thrown off, I decided to just go with the Week in Photos post that was meant for last Friday today. Those photos finally decided to behave and make their way from my phone to my computer – thankfully! I have a feeling this whole week will be a little jumbled on the blog – but hey, it happens, right?!

Maine was absolutely beautiful as always. Our entire family gathered up there for a week in celebration of my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary (Love you Nan & Pop!). With so many families, kids, dogs, personalities, etc.. it can get a little hectic, but at the end of the day we all love eachother and had a fabulous time! Here’s a few snippets of the week, but rest assured I’ll be sharing more later this week and maybe even into next.

Our days consisted of gorgeous weather, trips to state parks, family lake houses, blueberry picking, and just relaxing by the water. Nights included lobster dinners, graduation/anniversary celebrations, puzzles by light, wine + cards, singing around the table to our family favorite songs, & much more. I’m so blessed to be part of this family & this milestone my grandparents have reached. They are an incredible example of love, sacrifice, and care – thank you, Nan & Pop!

I’m living vicariously through you & drooling over those blueberries & the pie. There is NOTHING like Maine blueberries!

Last time I was out of state was last year. My family and I went to Houston TX. It was so much fun.

These are really great photos. I would like to go to Maine one of these days. I plan on traveling to as many places as I can.

    🙂
