2019 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale - First Picks!

Okay you guys – it’s here! I have to say I think this year’s Nordstrom sale selection is way better than last year’s + I’m really excited about it! The selection in my store wasn’t the greatest, but I found some great pieces + am also ordering some more online today!

I talked about the sale on stories the other day + shared with you guys my thoughts/how I’d be covering it and LOVED the feedback from all of you. Pretty in line with what I was saying + you guys are on the same page as I am.. so that’s a GOOD thing!

Here’s what I went into the sale looking for/shopping for:
+ denim (specifically high waisted, Madewell, and straight leg styles)
+ booties (pointed + leopard)
+ knee high boots (the Sam Edelman ones sell out every year SO FAST!)
+ staple sweaters
+ leopard pieces (& there’s lots to pick from!)
+ coats/jackets
+ fall flats
+ workout sneaks
+ hanky panky
+ activewear
+ staples/basics like tees! (I usually buy some good layering pieces in the sale + wear them throughout the season under sweaters/jackets

I’d say I got some pretty good items from the above + the selection on everything is pretty broad! This might sound like a broken record, but things WILL. SELL. OUT. So if you want something, buy it – even in two sizes if you aren’t sure, and then just return whichever doesn’t work. It’s free shipping + free returns so don’t even think twice on that!
