It’s no secret I love tea. In fact, I think love is an understatement. I’m hardly ever without a cup of tea while I’m home – my day always starts with a cup and ends with a cup (or two, or five.) I usually gravitate towards teas of the season – pumpkin in the fall, and now a yummy peppermint green tea I recently found at Trader Joe’s.
Tea time is my me time. Waking up, it get’s my body going. I usually cozy up on my couch with a blanket and have a few calm moments before the busyness of the day gets started. At night, it’s my wind down time. It relaxes me and helps my mind stop racing from all the day’s events. And during the day? Well lately you can find me constantly sipping a cup while listening to Christmas tunes + wrapping gifts.
