It is with great excitement and honor that I am bringing this post to you all! I have waited for this day for some months now, and it has finally come. So, with a poof of glitter and the sparkle of sequins, I am overly ecstatic to announce that my sister Emily (mentioned here) has created a blog!
Since I can remember, creating a blog has been on Emily’s bucket list. Somehow I happened to do this before she did, but now we are both skipping along in the blogosphere together and I couldn’t be more happy 🙂 This girl is my best friend; my other half. She is beautiful, inside and out. She has artistic talent and creative ability like no other person I’ve ever met. She has many dreams, big dreams.. and she always wholeheartedly pursues the things she wants. I admire her determination and perseverance even in the littlest things. Emily is passionate, as I am sure you will see through her writing. She is kind and gentle hearted. I could keep the list going on and on, but I will refrain from doing so since I know you all are so excited to go check out her blog..
The name of it is Joie de Vivre, French for… well, go find out for yourself. I absolutely loved her first post, as I am sure you will too! So get clicking and head over there, show her some support, leave a few encouraging comments, and follow her to keep up with her fun! I promise you won’t be disappointed one bit 🙂
As for me, I’m spending the day nursing a nasty head cold on the couch. I suppose I’ll browse blogs and paint my pretty nails.. typical. 🙂 Oh, and it’s a Monday so that means I’m counting down the hours til Gossip Girl.
