I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect black romper, and was beyond thrilled when I found one this weekend. One of the best perks about living here in VA is the fact that J. Crew has a call and distribution center. Each month they have an open box sale with the lowest prices you will ever see for J. Crew pieces. Which are the current or past season, too, might I add! This past weekend I went and snagged some fabulous deals, one of them being this romper. Originally $130 at Madewell, and I paid $10 at the box sale. Can you say steal?
Outfits Details: Romper – J. Crew, Baubles – Francesca’s Collections, Sun hat – Forever 21, Wedges – Dolce Vita for Target.
I fully intend on getting a strapless top or even a bandeau to cover the depth of the romper, but I could hardly wait to wear it and did not want to wait for the perfect one to show up. The necklace is one of my favorite jewelry pieces, that I hardly get to wear given its size. But the bright coral color is perfect for spring, and added just the splash of color I wanted here. I grabbed this hat literally on my way out the door, thinking it might add to the whole ensemble – and I’m glad I did. Perfect.
Gorgeous. Can’t believe the deal on that Romper. I think the box sales could be worth a trip to VA all on it’s own.
