As soon as I heard Kate Spade was launching a fun, weekend (lower price point) line called SATURDAY, I knew it would be one I’d love. It’s pieces are inspired by the carefree spirit of the weekend with a dose of spontaneity – total dream. If only everyday was a weekend-day, right?! I picked out a few of my favorite pieces but you can view the whole collection here. Naturally, I’m totally crushing on the bright yellow tea mug + B/W teapot. I’ve also been on the hunt for a great weekender bag and these bright, happy colors may be some options to help drag spring in!
This new section of Kate Spade also has it’s own web destination – www.saturday.com. With lots of personal, interactive features (like those below) I think it’ll be a great addition for Kate Spade — and our closets/kitchens! What do you think of the line? Any favorites?
I hope you all had wonderful, relaxing weekends – I spent Sunday with my college roommate, catching up over brunch + mimosas with a few stops at Lululemon, Zara, and Saks (spent ooo-ing over the new Celine’s + Chanel bags.) Let’s hope spring decides to come along soon so the coming weekends can be spent outside in the sunshine + breeze.

This is such a cute line! I’ve been eager to see what it would be like ever since I first heard it was launching and it definitely does not disappoint! I love the watercolor prints and all the stripes!
I am in love with the new kate spade Saturday!! I have been so excited about it! I love all the black and white stripes, but my very favorite dress is the black & white stripe one that you can tie a couple of different ways. I also want to design my own weekender!
I saw the line a couple weeks back and loved it too! Such a playful, youthful line of must-haves!
