Head to Toe // Backless

I can’t say summer’s in full swing yet, because it really isn’t, so with this temperamental May weather we’re having, the backless tops seem to be the perfect thing to grab. Don’t have one? 1. Jaleh Draped Back Button Up – This top comes in a few colors and I love how flowy it is combined with the draped back. It is so easily worn with a pair of dressy black shorts for a nice out with the ladies, too!

2. Merona for Target Knit Maxi – Target is a staple stop for loads of reasons (and I’m sure I don’t really need to get into detail there), but I especially love their basics for summer. This maxi is so comfy + lightweight and it’s perfect for those on-the-go kind of days to wear with anything in your closet. And for only $25? You’d be crazy not to get one … or two! Oh, did I mention it comes in 6 colors too? You’re welcome.

3. C.Wonder Bold Aviators – I got these sunnies on my Hamptons trip with C.Wonder last week and literally cannot stop wearing them. My only wish is that the sun would start shining more so I can wear them even more. They have a bolder frame than your typical aviator (hello, bold accessories) and are so lightweight – I’m not a fan of a heavy sunnie, especially on the hot, humid sticky days we have here in CT.

4. Sole Society Platform Wedge – I literally cannot survive summer without a neutral wedge to wear with everything. I’m loving this one from Sole Society (only $55!) to wear with this outfit. They bring a little boho feel, and are a super easy transition shoe for day to night. And I guarantee at that great piece, you’ll get your money’s worth!

5. BaubleBar Tassel Pendant – Okay, this is like the 62nd time I’ve talked about BB in a Head to toe – I know. But seriously? Have you seen the new Courtney Kerr collection that launched earlier this week? Amazing! I had the chance to meet + some time with Courtney last week and she is seriously such a fun lady. I’m obsessing over every single piece in her guest bartender shop! (I’m currently on the wait list for this PHENOM piece!)

Feeling a little more confident to wear a backless top of your own? If you need to wear it to the office during the day before a night out, throw a blazer over top – and no one will ever know!
