When we Lucky Style Collective members were asked if we’d like to contribute to Lucky’s Breast Cancer Awareness posts, I didn’t even think twice about being involved. Though I have not been directly affected by breast cancer from anyone close to me suffering from it (and I hope to never have to), I sympathize and support those families who have had to endure the loss of a loved one because of it. On the other hand, I am proud to have a few friends who’s mothers and grandmothers have survived (Shout out to Dale Perry!) and are strong, beautiful people.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, for those of you who don’t know. Pink is the color of choice. For me, this wasn’t too hard – as pink is one of my favorite colors. Shockingly, I don’t have too much pink in my closet, but I will work on that!

I’ve really been dressing simple + classic lately. Not too many things going on, but just the basics. Working in sales has its perks, but it’s also difficult when you have loads of layers or things hanging off you when you’re on the go so much. Hence, the simple looks.
