Forgive me friends, I’ve been a terrible blogger. The one that leaves her computer home + goes away for five days. Actually, nevermind, don’t forgive me. It was exactly what I needed. So much so that up until a few hours ago, I still hadn’t touched my computer since I returned from visiting the BF in Atlanta on Tuesday. To be honest, I didn’t miss a thing about my Apple buddy, or the clacking of its keys, or even my nightly Pinterest binges (okayy, I’ll admit I used the app on my phone to cure my cravings). In fact, I highly recommend anyone take some time to just disconnect and recharge – yourself, that is. There’s no better feeling than that of feeling so refreshed!
This outfit is extra special – notice the gorgeous bright pink + red linked necklaces? They are the latest Spike the Punch pieces, and I had the wonderful honor of modeling them for Elizabeth, shop owner. When she contacted me, I knew I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to get my hands on these beauties, not to mention I was too flattered of her asking me to model her fabulous pieces! I am also lusting over my new handbag – the Kate Spade Blaine Satchel. I fell in love with it as soon as it hit the shelves at work and just couldn’t resist its shiny ostrich embossed sides. It’s the perfect poppy color for spring and just the right size for literally all of my needs. It’s incredibly lightweight (something that is mandatory in a bag for me) and I’m able to throw a few necessities in it to run out the door for work. It also proved to be fabulous for traveling – I carried only this bag packed with a few magazines and my traveling cases. Literally, perfection. I think I’m in handbag heaven, kiddos.
