Thanksgiving at our house this year was perfect. The food was delish – I made 4 gluten free dishes so I could enjoy a big plate too! And then stuffed myself with two slivers of pecan + pumpkin gf pie. To say that I had a food baby is an understatement. We all crashed on the couches and ripped through endless flyers of Black Friday deals (a family tradition) and moaned about our bloated bellies. How was your turkey day?
There’s hardly a holiday I’m not dolled up in a dress or skirt and some sparkly tights, but this year I took a little tip from a friend (heyy, Sarah!) and slipped into some jeans. I’m no jeans girl, you all know that. This pair and this pair are the only two I own! But for some reason I was up for some change this year. Enter in my new June rabbit fur vest. Guys, I’m obsessed. This is the coziest piece of clothing I’ve ever owned, it’s so plush and warm – I even wear it when I’m lounging around my apartment. Throw in some leopard + I had my perfect Thanksgiving outfit in seconds. This was the fastest outfit I ever picked for a holiday (yes, I admitted that).
