I am never a huge awards show watcher, but always appreciate the gorgeous gowns, fancy ‘dos, and eye candy (like Channing Tatum dancing, hellooo!). This Oscars was one after my own heart; the red carpet was clad with neutral toned dresses, and I couldn’t help but dream about stepping down the red carpet in my own white gown. From Jennifer Lawrence’s incredible Dior train to the sparkly sleek shape of Naomi’s dress, I fell even more in love with the neutral color palette + tones – as if that’s even possible! Charlize looked incredible in her stark white Dior peplum, and Amy Adams completely dazzled in her dusty ODLR. Who was your best dressed of the night?
I also just wanted to share a little video I found on eonline.com of Jennifer Lawrence. It’s so refreshing to see a new starlet in such awe of her honor, and of those she’s greeted by. She’s incredibly real and carries herself with such confidence – especially for a little Oscar stage trip up! I have yet to see Silver Linings, but this girl has quickly risen to the top of my celeb list!

you must see silver linings! it’s to die for and the acting is incredible especially from jennifer. she deserves her statue, no doubt. i love her down to earth attitude and she’s def my girl crush! her dress was a little too much for me though, i tend to be more a fan of the sleek numbers. i liked naomi watts a lot! i am a fan of color so while i adore the charlize theron design i wish she had not gone with white, it just always reminds me of a wedding.
My fave was Halley Berry she really looked old Hollywood Bond girl

First- without a doubt Jennifer Lawrence looked AMAZING. I just love how real she is. I loved all of your favorites. Amy Adams looks beautiful, Charlize Theron looks so classic and elegant. And that dress Naomi had on was spectacular are so different… she always looks great. I also really loved Stacey Keibler. She looked beautiful.
Second- you must read and see Silver Linings Playbook. It is one of my favorite books and favorite movies now. Incredible book and movie (They are somewhat different from each other so you should read it and see the movie).

I loved all of these dresses too! They all looked so beautiful! My favorite dress, by far was Jennifer Lawrence (which I also think would make a beautiful wedding dress)! I loved Jennifer Garner’s Gucci dress, Amy Adams and Halley Barry’s dress!
