As soon as I saw this trend popping up on pinterest from Milan + Paris Fashion Week, I knew it would become a fall go to for me: chunky oversized sweaters + pencil skirts. I have a thing for dresses + skirts, as evidenced by wearing them more than pants here on Style Cusp, so this is the perfect way to bring my closet favorites right into fall with me. As soon as the temperatures get cooler, I live in my chunky knits + sweaters so this is like heaven in fashion to me. I scooped up this cable knit from Missguided for such a sweet price tag – I also added this burgundy sweater and this plaid sweater to my closet. Missguided is a newer to me online retailer but I couldn’t resist the price tags on these fall staples. It’s a great place to stock up on some cozy basics and get some trend pieces, like this cozy cocoon coat!
