When I picked up this poncho earlier in the fall, I knew it would be one of my favorite pieces to wear. Fast forward now to December and it definitely is. I’ve fully embraced the poncho craze this season and worn them seemingly to death – to the point that my mom is like ‘Marissa, really – do you need another poncho?’ What can I say, I just love them! Oversized is my thing, so I tend to reach for them over fitted sweaters.
I always test out a few all white looks in the colder months and thought this would be the perfect piece to do so. If you’re new to wearing white in winter (because yes, it’s okay), I suggest picking one of your white/cream tops or sweaters that you’re most comfortable in. You’ll feel more confident in your look and not be worried about getting a few side eyes for wearing all white.. yes, it’s happened to me! Another easy way to wear all white is to pair a crisp white button down with your white denim. I tend to stay away from ripped white denim in the winter because it looks a little too summery for me. Keep it clean and cozy looking!
