My sister and I spent the weekend in Annapolis/DC area visiting one of our best friends! It was a tad warmer down there, so I was able to ditch my winter coat for a few thicker layers. I wore a light sweater with my favorite green utility jacket for our day in Annapolis. We visited the local shops (I picked up some tea at a Spice and Tea Exchange), enjoyed lunch at Vida Taco Bar, had midday coffee at City Dock, and finished with dinner at Vin 909. If you’re visiting the area, I highly recommend Vin 909 – it’s a farm to table wine bar with uniquely paired ingredients! Be sure to order a cheese platter to start and show up early because they don’t take reservations and it’s a local hotspot! You can also tour the Naval Academy and see lots of historic houses in the area.

Bummed you didn’t mention any of the cool boutiques in downtown Annapolis for good places to shop.. There are quite a few unique ones like Kokopelli on Main Street which is my favorite. But I do LOVE Vin 909 so props on that one!
Hi Alli! We went into so many, I couldn’t remember all the names – but did pick up something from the Spice + Tea Exchange so mentioned that one! Lilac Bijoux was another cute spot too!
