If you asked me a few years ago if I’d wear a baseball cap, I would’ve looked at you like you came from Mars. Seriously.
‘Sporty’ has never really been much of my style, until recently with the rise of the athleisure trend. I’ve totally adopted Nike’s, sweats, and now caps into my daily wardrobe. Usually I’ll throw on a baseball cap when I have a busy day of errands ahead or have 3 day old hair going on. My hair can last a good 3-4 days easily between washes, but sometimes I just like to skip the dry shampoo and throw on a baseball cap! Paired with a striped tee, you’ve got yourself a pulled together look! The last thing you want is to give off that ‘I just rolled out of bed’ vibe.
I totally took this sporty look up a notch with the heels, but could have easily worn my favorite Nike’s instead and still looked polished for a weekend day. Speaking of these heels, they’re a total designer look for less that I found. You know those Aquazzurra heels that are an ungodly amount of money? Girl, skip those and go for these. They’re just $30 and will totally satisfy your heel craving! They’re actually surprisingly comfy, and my toes don’t pinch in the peep toe – something I’m always aware of when buying bargain heels.
